We understand that plans can change. However, given the made-to-order nature of our products, our cancellation window is limited.
Cancellation by Customer
Cancellation requests must be raised within 24 hours of placing the order. If a valid cancellation request is received within this window, the order will be cancelled and the full amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 5 to 7 working days upon receipt of the required bank details.
Please note the following conditions:
• Orders that have already entered production — even within the first 24 hours — may not be eligible for cancellation at our discretion.
• Cancellation requests received after 24 hours of order placement will not be accepted.
• No cash refunds will be processed under any circumstances.
• Orders placed using discount codes or promotional offers are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
The decision of whether an order has been processed lies solely with Rasasvada, and shall be final and binding.
