Dispatch Timeline
All orders — whether customised or standard — are dispatched within 2 to 3 weeks from the date of order placement. This timeline reflects the handcrafted, made-to-order nature of each piece.
Returns & Exchanges
All products at Rasasvada are non-returnable. However, exchanges will be accepted strictly in the following cases:
- Damaged, worn, or torn products upon delivery
To raise an exchange request, customers must:
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photographic or video proof of the defect
• Ensure the product is unworn, unused, and has all original tags attached
Exchange requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained under any circumstances.
